Væringjar II is an independent, author-led and self-funded research programme. Igor Sikorsky KPI and KNUCA are academic affiliations and research environments, not owners or sponsors of the programme.
A concrete hard problem is enough.
The useful starting point is not a polished proposal. Four pieces of information are enough to determine whether the problem overlaps with the research programme.
