Dmytro Humennyi
Dmytro Humennyi, Ph.D., is an engineer and researcher working across robotics, automotive and embedded control systems. He combines industrial engineering management with academic research and teaching.
His current research focus is supervisory control in post-failure states: survivability, runtime reconfiguration, residual-resource reasoning and evidence that a degraded system can still execute an admissible mission.
Why Væringjar II exists
The programme connects formal models, reproducible experiments and implementation. The goal is not to make a damaged system “look operational”, but to determine what remains feasible, what is admissible, and what can still be verified after the system itself has changed.
